The Discovery Call (Free)
Every project starts with a relaxed, 20-minute phone or video call. This is our chance to meet, discuss your "pain points," and see which service—The Reset, Mindful Styling, or The Partnership—is the best fit for your needs.
The Kickstart Session
For Decluttering: We jump straight in! First we assess the flow and then spend the rest of the session physically transforming the space.
For Mindful Styling: This is our "Design Strategy" day. I spend 60-90 minutes in your home measuring, assessing light, and planning your new layout. You receive a follow-up "Action Plan" with paint colours and sourcing links afterwards.
The Transformation
I work alongside you to bring your vision to life. Whether we are physically decluttering a wardrobe or I am sourcing new lighting and restyling a room, the goal is the same: leaving you with a sanctuary that feels light, functional, and uniquely yours.
General & Emotional Support
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive? Please don’t! It is actually more helpful for me to see how the space functions (or doesn’t) in your daily life. I provide a completely judgment-free zone; seeing the "before" helps us create the perfect "after."
Will you make me throw things away? Never. My role is to help you "quiet the noise," but you are always in total control of what stays and what goes. I simply provide the design logic and emotional support to help you decide what truly serves your life and what is just taking up space.
I’m worried about feeling overwhelmed. How do we handle that? This is a very common feeling. Because of my background in counseling, I prioritize your well-being throughout the process. We work at a pace that feels safe for you, ensuring that the journey toward a sanctuary doesn't become a source of more stress.
Styling & Design Expertise
What is "Spatial Planning"? With my Master’s in 3D Design, I look at the "bones" of your room. I evaluate the flow, balance, and scale of your furniture to make the room feel larger and more functional. It’s about understanding the geometry of a space to make it work for you.
How is "Mindful Styling" different from Interior Design? Interior design often focuses on structural changes or full renovations. Mindful Styling is the art of "editing"—rearranging what you have, selecting a new color palette, or adding specific lighting to transform the atmosphere without the need for a construction crew.
Can you help me shop for new items? Absolutely. Whether it’s finding the perfect lamp to fix a dark corner or sourcing a rug that ties the room together, I can help you pick pieces that are intentional and fit your unique style. We can work with a modest budget or create a "slow-sourcing" list for the future.
Locations & Logistics
Do you cover areas outside of Horsham? I am based in Horsham, West Sussex, and primarily serve the local area. However, for those further away, my Virtual Coaching sessions are a perfect way to work together.
How do Virtual Coaching sessions work? We use a simple video link for our sessions. You’ll show me your space through your camera, and I’ll provide real-time guidance, spatial planning, and "body doubling" support to help you stay focused and motivated while we tackle your goals together.
What is a "Discovery Call"? It is a free, 20-minute, no pressure chat. We will discuss what you are struggling with and see if we’re a good fit. It’s the easiest way to start your journey from overwhelm to calm.
